<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rhinestone decoration sheet in which rhinestones can be securely bonded and fixed, and bonding operation and its preparation are not complicated, and the rhinestones are decorated so as to instantly respond to a design change. <P>SOLUTION: A rhinestone decoration sheet is formed by linearly providing in parallel a plurality of stitches 2 and 3 with a spun yarn on a surface of a decorated sheet 1, placing rhinestones 4 across the plurality of stitches 2 and 3 arranged in parallel, and bonding and fixing the rhinestones 4 to the stitches 2 and 3 with an adhesive 5.
