<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately control printing. <P>SOLUTION: The problem is solved by: determining if it is necessary for print information to be converted into other print information by referring to job information in the print information, and when determined necessary, selecting information of a different route; determining if there is a factor for disturbing acquisition of the other print information, and when the presence of the factor is determined, changing the selected information of the different route to information of a route; and generating request information for requesting an information processing apparatus for a conversion of print information so that print information among pieces of print information which can be output from the information processing apparatus and can be printed by an image forming apparatus becomes closer to the other print information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
