<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage caster lock device capable of locking casters for moving by further pushing down a handle housed in a handle housing of baggage. <P>SOLUTION: The baggage caster lock device 20 includes the handle 10 that can be pulled out of or housed in and the casters 2 for making the baggage easily movable. The caster lock device 20 includes: an operation mechanism 21 associated with an operation to pull or house the handle 10, and including a lock switch 22 which operates together with the handle as the handle is housed; and a pressure halting mechanism 30 which prevents a rolling motion of each wheel by a halting force and cancels a braking action thereof by a restoring part 36, wherein the halting force is transmitted via a transmission mechanism 29 provided with a pulled wire to be pulled due to activation of the lock switch 22 of the operation mechanism 21 so as to stop the casters 2 with a pressure caused by pressure contact to an outer side surface or inner side surface of each wheel thereof.
