<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamed resin molded body whose surface skin layer is partially broken and inside foamed layer is exposed. <P>SOLUTION: A cavity 3 is filled with a foaming resin and then the volume of the cavity 3 is expanded by core back which causes the core 5 to retreat from a fixed mold 4. During this core back, a pin member 8 retreats farther than a core body 7, next the pin member 8 advances, the tip surface thereof pierces into the foamed layer in the cavity 3, and thereafter the mold of the obtained foamed resin molded body is released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
