<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute notification documents accepted by an information processing apparatus, thereby improving the efficiency of operations. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processing system 100, facsimile documents (notification documents) transmitted from a multifunction machine 101 are received by a server 104. On an administrator terminal 102, recipients for distributions of notification documents (where notification documents to be stored), stamps (comments) added, etc. are set in advance for the server 104 according to the type of notification document. By analyzing a two-dimensional code included in a notification document received by the server 104, the type of notification document is determined. Then, after the received notification document is duplicated and saved for the recipients decided by the determined type, a user having the right of reference to the recipients monitors the perusal state of the notification document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
