<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence on online operation, and make maintenance operation be efficient. <P>SOLUTION: A power system monitoring control system includes: a client device 1 for displaying a skeleton showing a state of a power system facility on a monitor 2 to notify an operator, while an operation request from the operator can be transmitted; and a monitoring control server 10 capable of mutually transmitting/receiving state information on the power system facility and the operation request from the operator to/from the client device 1. The monitoring control server 10 comprises: a main database 26 for storing definition information on an existing power system facility; a simple database 27 for storing definition information on a simple facility apparatus; simple maintenance means 28 for updating the definition information on the simple facility apparatus on the basis of a database maintenance request from the operator, and storing the updated information as a maintenance result in the simple database; and monitoring control means 22 for performing monitoring control of a power system by referring to both of the definition information on the power system facility and the definition information on the simple facility apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
