<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform not only periodontal/root canal treatment by an ultrasonic wave but also sterilization after the treatment by use of a single dental ultrasonic therapy device. <P>SOLUTION: This dental ultrasonic therapy device includes: an ultrasonic handpiece 10 incorporating an ultrasonic transducer; and an ultrasonic tip 20 detachably mounted to the ultrasonic handpiece 10. The dental ultrasonic therapy device includes: a light source 11 in a tip part of the ultrasonic handpiece; and a liquid discharge port 21 near a tip part of the ultrasonic tip 20. The dental ultrasonic therapy device discharges a photosensitive substance liquid from the liquid discharge port 21 after the ultrasonic treatment, and next sterilizes a part after the ultrasonic treatment by irradiating light from the light source 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
