The present invention discloses an LCD module manufacturing method and an LCD module. In the present invention, because the corresponding position of the rubber frame for supporting the LCD panel is provided with a groove, a region for limiting the position of the buffer rubber strip is formed by using the groove, the arranging position accuracy of the buffer rubber strip is increased, and the product quality is increased.
