<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a key-shaped space for erroneous insertion prevention that is an irregular shape part of a secondary battery and sufficiently secure a creepage distance between a metal structural member and an arm part of a reflection umbrella for connection of a lead wire. <P>SOLUTION: In structures of a battery box and a stroboscopic unit, a secondary battery is provided with a key groove shape for inverted insertion prevention.
