PURPOSE: A food waste treating apparatus is provided to have hooks and prevent a food waste plastic bag from moving to a pulverizing part. CONSTITUTION: A food waste treating apparatus comprises an upper main body(110), a lower main body(120) and hooks(121). Food waste is put into the upper main body. The lower main body is arranged on the upper main body with the lower main body detachable. The hooks are arranged in the upper main body and the inside wall of the lower main body and a food waste plastic bag is connected to the hooks. The food waste treating apparatus comprises more than one lamination for increasing space. The lamination is attached to the gap between the upper main body and the lower main body and comprises increased space inside. The food waste treating apparatus comprises a pulverizing part(200). The pulverizing part is connected to the lower main body and pulverizes food waste.
