PURPOSE: A touch sensing device and a touch sensing method thereof are provided to improve the whole performances by reducing power consumption and by improving response speed. CONSTITUTION: A panel unit(410) includes electrodes, and a sensing circuit unit(430) detects the change of capacitance from the electrodes. A calculation unit(450) determines touch inputs from the change of the capacitance. The calculation unit differently applies parameters for determining the touch input for the electrodes. The panel unit includes second electrodes which are extended to a second shaft direction and first electrodes which are extended to a first shaft direction. A driving circuit unit(420) applies driving signals to the first electrode, and the sensing circuit unit detects the change of the capacitance from the second electrode which crosses the first electrode in which the driving signals are applied.
