METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GRAIN ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL HAVING EXCELLENT PRODUCTIVE FABRICATION AND MANUFACTURED GRAIN ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A grain oriented electrical steel and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to improve productivity and magnetic properties at a same time by upturning a first recrystallization temperature and largely and uniformly making a first recrystallized grain for enabling a fast ramp-up rate in a final high temperature annealing process. CONSTITUTION: A grain oriented electrical steel contains 0.005-0.015 weight% of C. Hot-rolling is performed with the higher accumulative reduction ratio of 30% higher in the hot temperature zone of 1,000°C or higher. A high-temperature annealing is performed with the ramp-up rate of 100-300/h at the initial temperature of 1,150°C.
