PURPOSE: A pedicle screw is provided to efficiently control a movement of a bolt head. CONSTITUTION: A pedicle screw includes a housing(40), bolt parts(12,14), and a head pressing pin(30). The housing includes a head holding recess(42), a head pressing pin fixing part(44), and a rod holding recess(46). The bolt part includes a screw and a globular head which is accommodated in the head holding recess of the housing. The head pressing pin presses the globular head which is accommodated in the housing by elasticity by fixing one part to the head pressing pin fixing part of the housing and protruding the other part to the inside of the housing.
