PURPOSE: An apparatus for replacing a rubber sleeve is provided to prevent the fall of the rubber sleeve downwards with a sleeve fall preventing member even if a rubber sleeve holder is opened by the malfunction of a right shifting member and a left shifting member. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for replacing a rubber sleeve includes a spreader arm(168), a rubber sleeve holder(110), a sleeve fall preventing member(120). The upper and the lower side of the spreader arm respectively have at least one spreader arm. The rubber sleeve holder is divided into a left and a right semicircular arc. The arcs mutually approach and are in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the rubber sleeve so that the rubber sleeve is formed into a true circle. When the rubber sleeve holder is placed at the lower side of the spreader arm, the sleeve fall preventing member prevent the fall of the rubber sleeve inside the rubber sleeve.
