PURPOSE: A handle arrangement control device using MDPS(Motor Driven Power Steering) is provided to accurately steer a handle in a neutral sate with the change of a road condition and a vehicle weight. CONSTITUTION: A handle arrangement control device using MDPS comprises a motor torque measuring unit, a steering angle sensor, a vertical load estimating unit, and a control unit. The motor torque measuring unit measures motor torque in the driving of an MDPS motor. The vertical load estimating unit estimates the vertical load of a steering angle using the motor torque. The control unit outputs parameters corresponding to vertical loads and variably control the MDPS motor for steering a handle into a neutral sate.
