摘要 PURPOSE: A method for minimizing the discharge of process gas in operation and a compressor assembly are provided to compress ultra-low fluid by utilizing a multi-stage compressor. CONSTITUTION: A fluid compressing system(10) for compressing fluid includes a first heat exchanger(40), a second heat exchanger(48), a multi-stage compressor(13), and a first cooling agent loop(80). The first heat exchanger performs a heat exchange between a first cooling agent and an external heat sink. The second heat exchanger supplies the heat obtained by the heat exchange with the first cooling agent to fluid contained in a tank(12). The multi-stage compressor includes a first compression stage(14), a third heat exchange(60), a first cooling jacket, and a second compression stage(15). The first stage is operationally arranged in order to receive fluid from the second heat exchanger. The first cooling jacket cools the fluid inside the first compression stage by the heat exchange with the first cooling agent. The second compression stage is operationally arranged in order to receive at least some of the fluid from the first compression stage. The first cooling agent loop is operationally arranged in order to circulate the first cooling agent via one or more among the first to third heat exchangers and the first cooling jacket.
