A method for the determination of changes of lipid metabolism in tissues of experimental rats at syndrome of portal hypertension prescribes investigation of fat-acid composition of tissues. By means of gas-liquid chromatography fat-acid composition of lipids of tissues and blood plasma is determined, with detection of change of content of oleic and linoleic fat acids. |
