The method involves transmitting, by a network manager (MNG), a call-back signal to a calling terminal (TRM1) and a call signal to a called terminal (TRM2) after receiving a connection request, where the manager terminates the request after a predetermined time (T) of no response from the called terminal. A rejection signal (STOP) is received by the manager from the called terminal during the predetermined time, and the call-back signal is transmitted until the expiration of the predetermined time. A network is made available for the called terminal before expiration of the predetermined time.
