LOW NOISE HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

PURPOSE: A low noise hydraulic power unit is provided to implement excellent low noise and to lower the internal temperature by a heat exchanger by being sealed from the outside by a cover. CONSTITUTION: A low noise hydraulic power unit comprises a cover(100), an oil tank(200), a motor(300), a pump, first and second heat exchangers(500,600). The cover seals the whole hydraulic power unit and comprises a sound absorbing material(120) or a sound insulation material(110) inside. The first heat exchanger is installed on the upper part of the oil tank and cools heat of hydraulic fluid by circulation of cooling water. The second heat exchanger is installed on the side part or the upper part of the motor and cools the heat inside the hydraulic power unit by the circulation of the cooling water. The first and second heat exchanger and a cooling water supply device are connected through a cooling water input-output block(700).
