FLANGE WITH INTEGRATED CORRUGATED STEEL PIPES AND ITS FORMING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A flange with integrated corrugated steel pipes and a molding device are provided to safely connect for preventing water-tightness with a flange connector through a packing. CONSTITUTION: A flange with integrated corrugated steel pipes comprises corrugated steel pipes(10,10'), a blanking protrusion unit, a flange body(20), a packing groove, a protrusion unit, and a packing(40). A blanking hole(13) is formed in a circumferential direction of an end portion in the corrugated steel pipe. The blanking protrusion unit protrudes from the external diameter. The flange body is not formed in the internal diameter of the corrugated steel pipe and is injection-molded to be integrated in a protrusion shape at the external diameter. The protrusion unit is formed to both sides of the packing groove comprised of the packing where a hole is formed to correspond to a connection hole(24) to the external diameter.
