Provided are a switching element (5) for each subpixel (P), an interlayer insulating film for covering each switching element (5), a first transparent electrode (18a) which is provided on the interlayer insulating film and has an opening (18c) formed for each subpixel (P), an inorganic insulating film which covers the first transparent electrode (18a), and a plurality of second transparent electrodes (20a) which is provided on the inorganic insulating film and is respectively connected to each switching element (5) through each opening (18c) of the first transparent electrode (18a). Each second transparent electrode (20a) has a line-and-space structure (F) constituted by a linear line section (L) and a space (S) which does not overlap with each opening (18c) of the first transparent electrode (18a).
