<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel of a capacitance method and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture high quality touch panel by increasing yield rates. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist film is exposed to light in order to form a pattern on a desired area. A metal trace pattern is formed by using the formed pattern. After the metal trace pattern is formed, the photoresist pattern is peeled. After the photoresist pattern is peeled, the photoresist film is formed.</p> |
