<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce streaking. <P>SOLUTION: Pixel reading signals outputted from a plurality of unit pixels outputting the pixel reading signals corresponding to injected light are transmitted by a signal line. A reading current source section is connected to the signal line, and reading current for reading the pixel reading signal is supplied from the unit pixel. A reference signal for converting a level of the pixel reading signal into digital data is generated. A threshold for limiting a change of amplitude of a voltage in the signal line is switched to a gain of the reference signal in an interlocked manner and the change of the amplitude of the voltage in the signal line is limited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
