PURPOSE: Casting goods making device and a making method which uses a magnesium alloy are provided to individually perform a magnesium alloy material molten metal manufacturing process and a casting goods manufacturing process using a low pressure casting machine by connecting and separating a melting furnace and a warming bath through a molten metal feeding unit. CONSTITUTION: A casting goods making device which uses a magnesium alloy comprises a preheating unit, a melting furnace(20), a warming bath(30), a molten metal feeding unit(40), a low pressure casting machine(50), a molten metal injection nozzle(60), and a protection gas ejector(70). The melting furnace includes a first cover(23) in which a material inlet port(24), a first protection gas inlet(25), a first air vent(26), and a first pressurized gas inlet port(27) are installed. The warming bath includes a second cover(33) in which a molten metal inlet port(34), a second protection gas inlet(35), a second air vent(36), and a second pressurized gas inlet port(37) are installed. The molten metal feeding unit supplies molten metal of the melting furnace to the warming bath. The low pressure casting machine comprises a base(51), a back mold(52), a transverse mold(53), and a front mold(54). The molten metal injection nozzle fills the molten metal of the warming bath by the low pressure casting machine. The protection gas ejector sprays protective gas to the back mold of the low pressure casting machine in order to prevent the molten metal which exposes to an outside air through the molten metal injection nozzle which is bonded to the back mold of the low pressure casting machine.
