The first support portion (63) is separated from the bracket body (61) and extends from the first overhang portion (62) to a side of the first overhang portion (62).The first elastic turnover portion (64) is located between the first support portion (63) and the bracket body (61) and turns over from the first overhang portion (62) to a side of the first overhang portion (62).The first support portion (63) and the first elastic turnover portion (64) elastically clamp a first side edge of the circuit board (80). The electromagnetic shielding piece (100) is fixed on the bracket body (61). Also disclosed is a backlight system (21).
