<p>A photoelectric conversion device (1) includes a substrate (2), a photoelectric conversion element (3) including a first electrode (31), a second electrode (32) and an organic compound layer (33) and a sealing member (4) that are disposed in this order. When a cross section of the photoelectric conversion device (1) in a thickness direction is observed with the sealing member (4) being placed at an upper side, a bonding member (7) seals the organic compound layer (33) at an outside thereof. An output electrode (51, 52) on the sealing member (4) has a protrusion (51a, 52a). A side conductive portion (6) is electrically connected with the protrusion (51a, 52a) in an up-and-down direction. A substrate conductive member (91, 92) electrically connected with the first electrode (31) and the second electrode (32) extends to an outside of the bonding member (7). An electrical connecting member (81, 82) electrically connects the side conductive portion (61, 62) to the substrate conductive member (91, 92) at a further outside of the bonding member (7).</p> |
