<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption without reducing cooling performance and heating performance. <P>SOLUTION: This temperature adjusting device 1 includes a refrigeration cycle 6, and also includes a heat exchanger 7 to exchange heat between water W supplied to parts P1, P2 of objects and a refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle 6, and supplies the water W adjusted to the temperature within a target temperature range to the heat exchanger 7.
