<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transducer in which a dielectric layer having high dielectric breakdown resistance is used, and which is capable of generate high power by generating high electrostatic attraction. <P>SOLUTION: A transducer 1 comprises: a high-resistance dielectric layer 10 containing an elastomer and having a volume resistivity of 10<SP POS="POST">12</SP>Ω cm or more; a pair of electrodes 13 and 14 arranged on both side of the high-resistance dielectric layer 10; and an ion fixed layer 11 intervened between the electrode 13 and the high-resistance dielectric layer 10 on at least one of both sides of the high-resistance dielectric layer 10. The ion fixed layer 11 includes: an elastomer 110; an ion fixed particle 111 obtained by that a first ion component is fixed on a metal oxide particle; and a second ion component 112 having a charge opposite to that of the first ion component. The ion fixed particle 111 is chemically bound to the elastomer 110, and a charge of the first ion component has the same polarity as that of the electrode 13 adjacent to the ion fixed layer 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
