<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively generate and provide information representing contents of printed matter corresponding to a desired distribution destination among printed matter output by variable printing. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 10 acquires template information representing a template of a print document and a variable information group including a plurality of pieces of variable information printed while embedded in respective templates; relates the template information, the variable information group, and information on distribution destinations that the plurality of pieces of variable information included in the variable information group correspond to respectively, specifies the template information and variable information group related to information on a distribution destination specified with information received from a user terminal 30, generates display information representing variable information corresponding to the information on the specified distribution destination among the plurality of pieces of variable information included in the specified variable information group with the variable information embedded in the template information, and provides the generated display information for the user terminal 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
