PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of determining a biological status via discovery and analysis of a hidden or unclear discriminative biological data pattern.

SOLUTION: A method for measuring whether or not an object has disease by analyzing a data stream obtained by analyzing a biological sample collected from the object includes: measuring whether or not a vector denoting the data stream and the vector exist in a data cluster relating to a disease in a multi-dimensional space; and producing an output indicating that the object has the disease when the vector exists in a disease cluster.
