The arrangement has a hybrid power pack (1) arranged by a hybrid drive in a region of a bogie in a lower floor panel construction. Components of the power pack are connected with an exhaust tube (3) over an exhaust gas shaft (2). An air conditioning apparatus (6), a radiator (7), a converter (8) with an electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) filter (9), a battery mounting with batteries (11), an intermediate circuit box (12) and an auxiliary operation converter (13) are located on a roof of a rail vehicle in proximity to a center of a roof structure and coupled with the power pack. The batteries are designed as lithium-ion batteries and/or capacitors and/or combined storage elements.
