PURPOSE: A flat panel display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the width of a bezel that is a non-display region by applying a front cover composed of a first front cover and a second front cover. CONSTITUTION: A display panel module includes a display panel, an integrate circuit chip(115), and a printed circuit board(117). A quick access key assembly(120) includes a light guide plate and an LED assembly arranged on one side of the light guide plate. A front cover includes a first front cover(140a) and a second front cover(140b) and is combined with the front of the display panel module. The first front cover includes an insertion hole into which the quick access key assembly is inserted. The second front cover is located on the front of the first front cover.
