PURPOSE: A thread tension adjustment device of an embroidery machine is provided to shorten manufacturing time of embroidery and stabilize quality by automatically detecting tensile value of dyed threads and automatically adjusting tensile value of the corresponding dyed threads. CONSTITUTION: A thread tension adjustment device of an embroidery machine comprises an embroidery machine head unit (110), a tension detecting unit (120), a tension management part (130), and an embroidery machine control unit (140). The tension management part comprises a motor unit (131), a driving gear part (132), a driven gear part (133), a modulation board section (136), and tension regulating shafts (137). In the driven gear, a gear which is interlocked with the driving gear part is installed at one end and is driven corresponding to driving of the driving gear part. The modulation board section is fixed and installed in the other end of the driven gear part and forms a hinge part at one end and a plurality of adjusting holes (135) at the other end. One end of the tension regulating shaft is combined with the adjusting holes and the tension regulating shafts are installed as being penetrated into the embroidery machine head unit.
