摘要 PURPOSE: A low temperature sintering piezoelectric ceramic composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a laminated piezoelectric ceramic device using the same are provided to change compositions by the addition of CuO, and to maintain an excellent piezoelectric characteristic in low temperatures. CONSTITUTION: (1-x-y)PZ1-zTz-xPNN-yPZN(0.25<=x+y<=0.55, 0.50<=z<=0.65) powder is manufactured(S110). (1-x-y)PZ1-zTz-xPNN-yPZN powder is wet-mixed with an alcohol solvent containing W mol % of CuO(0<w<=10), and then the powder is dried(S120). The dried powder is compressed by using a cylinder type molding unit, and then the powder is sintered(S130).
