The machine has a bar-like fixing device (6) connected with a washing assembly (5). The fixing device is gripped in form-fit and/or force-fit holders at a housing (2) in a secured state. The fixing device causes clamping between bar mantles of bars (8, 9) and the housing by rotation of the bars for force-fit holding of the washing assembly, where the bars comprise the fixing device. The bars comprise oval cross-sections. Eyelets with oval opening cross-sections are arranged at a traverse (12) arranged at a front region of the housing.
