PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for broadcast service of home shopping are provided to allow a person to easily produce a home shopping program, and to efficiently provide the produced home shopping program to a consumer terminal. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for broadcast service of home shopping comprises a seller terminal interworking unit, a home shopping broadcast producing unit; and a home shopping broadcast providing unit. In step S510, the apparatus for broadcast service of home shopping provides a producing tool of home shopping broadcast to a seller terminal. In step S520, the apparatus for broadcast service of home shopping produces a home shopping program interworking with the seller terminal.
