PURPOSE: A powerless dental cleaner is provided to efficiently clean a mouth by removing foreign materials which exist in the mouth by injecting high pressure water and to have an economic advantage by being easily manufactured with a simple process and being operated without power. CONSTITUTION: A powerless dental cleaner(100) comprises a container(10), a pumping unit(20), a cleaning liquid intake tube(30), a toothbrush(50), and a cleaning liquid delivery tube(40). The container includes a cleaning liquid receiving part which receives cleaning liquid. The pumping unit is installed on the upper side of cleaning liquid receiving part of container. The cleaning liquid intake tube moves the cleaning liquid into the pumping unit by operation of the pumping unit. The toothbrush includes an injection nozzle for injecting the cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid delivery tube moves the cleaning liquid located in the pumping unit into the injecting nozzle of the tooth brush by operation of the pumping unit. The diameter of the injection nozzle is 1-2 mm. The length of the cleaning liquid delivery tube is 50 cm or more.
