PURPOSE: A touch sensing device is provided to perform a partial sensing step when the touch input is detected in a block sensing step, thereby increasing the touch reporting rate. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen includes Tx lines(T1-T5), Rx lines(R1-R6), and touch sensors(Cm) which are formed between the Tx lines and the Rx lines. A touch screen driving circuit detects the touch input by firstly sensing the total touch sensors in the touch screen. The touch screen driving circuit detects the position of the touch input by secondly sensing the touch sensors which the touch input are detected. When the touch sensors, where the touch input is detected, are not existed, the touch screen driving circuit repeats the first sensing step. [Reference numerals] (AA) Tx channel; (BB) Rx channel
