SETTING DEVICE FOR CRANK THROW MILLING PROCESSING

PURPOSE: A device for setting a crank throw is provided to obtain uniform accuracy of processing by securing precise setting state of the crank throw. CONSTITUTION: A device for setting a crank throw comprises a body(11), a centering unit(20), and a plurality of clamp units(30). The body includes a plurality of support blocks(15) supporting the lower surface edge of a journal(2a) of the crank throw. The centering unit fixes the crank throw to correspond to a central shaft of the journal with the center of the body by horizontally moving in a radial shape facing inner circumference of the journal. The clamp unit pressurizes the upper surface edge of the journal.
