<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve electronic receipt issue service with great merit for both a customer and a store. <P>SOLUTION: A receipt management device 2 configured to be communicable with a POS terminal 1, a receipt printer 3, and a server 4 includes: a payment information acquisition section 230 for acquiring payment information from the POS terminal 1; a customer information acquisition section 250 for acquiring an e-mail address and receipt issue information indicating a receipt issue manner requested by the customer from a portable device 5; and a receipt issue control section 260 for controlling receipt issue according to the receipt issue information. The receipt issue control section 260 transmits the payment information to the server 4 regardless of the acquired receipt issue information, also transmits the payment information to the receipt printer 3 when the receipt issue information including printer issue is acquired, and further transmits the e-mail address to the server 4 when the receipt issue information including server issue is acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
