<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen utensil coated with nano-sapphire which provides an excellent usage satisfaction as the smooth surface roughness prevents food and drink from sticking, maintains long service life of the kitchen utensil and has an excellent heat resistance and wear resistance by sapphire powder because a multiple coating layer of either a triple method (under coating, intermediate coating, and finish coating) or a double method (under coating and finish coating) is formed on the cooking face of the kitchen utensil and the coating layer has nano-sized sapphire powder mixed into a solvent and coated before the drying processing. <P>SOLUTION: As for the kitchen utensil coated with nano-sapphire, in a cooking utensil in which a multiple coating layer of either triple (under coating, intermediate coating, and finish coating) or double (under coating and finish coating) is formed on the cooking face making contact with food and drink, the multiple coating layer of the cooking face is made to be a nano-sapphire coating layer in which, after sanding processing the surface, a mixed solution in which nano-sized sapphire powder is mixed into the solvent in a solution state with the weight ratio of solvent to the same being from 1:0.05 to 0.5 is coated and high-temperature dried in a drying and firing furnace. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
