FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to application of compound 2-methyl-2-[4-(3-methyl-2-oxo-8-quinolin-3-yl-2,3-dihydroimidazo[4,5-c]quinolin-1-yl)phenyl]propionitryl (compound A) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt for obtaining pharmaceutical preparation, intended for treatment of disease, depending on epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), connected with EGFR amplification, EGFR1 mutation, T790M EGFR mutation, or their combination. Invention also relates to combinations of said compound with other active compounds and to methods of treating said diseases with said compounds and pharmaceutical preparations.
