<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest with favorable appearance, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The headrest 10 includes a headrest core 12, a bag-like surface skin 14 for covering the headrest core 12, and a foam-molded elastic body 16 between the headrest 12 and the surface skin 14. The headrest 10 includes: an insertion part 20 formed on the headrest core 12 and defining an insertion port 20a in which a stay 18 is inserted; a cover member 34 having a cylindrical part 36 fitted into the insertion port 20a; and engaging parts 44, 46 formed at an outer side of the cylindrical part 36 and drawing in an end edge of the surface skin 14 folded inside the insertion part 20 in mounting the cover member 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
