<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag provided with a telescopic handle which can also serve as a clothes hanger. <P>SOLUTION: The bag 1 includes an extension portion 23 capable of protruding and recessing in laterally horizontal directions from a horizontal grip portion 21 located at the upper end of a substantially U-shaped handle 17 which is telescopic toward the upper side of the bag 1.
