<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell in which an interconnector layer can be prevented from being deformed when exposed to a reducing atmosphere, and to provide a fuel cell module and a fuel cell device. <P>SOLUTION: A power generation part provided with a fuel electrode layer 3, a solid electrolyte layer 4, and an oxygen electrode layer 6 is provided on an outer surface of a conductive support 1. An interconnector layer 8 is provided on that outer surface of the conductive support 1 on which the power generation part is not provided.
