<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate having a metal layer that exhibits excellent adhesion with a substrate even when exposed under a high temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a laminate having a metal layer includes: a base layer formation step of forming a base layer on a substrate; a to-be-plated layer formation step of forming a to-be-plated layer on the base layer using a composition for forming the to-be-plated layer, containing a polymer that has a polymerizable group and a functional group forming interaction with a plating catalyst or a precursor thereof and a silane coupling agent having a reactive group; a catalyst imparting step of imparting the plating catalyst or the precursor thereof to the to-be-plated layer; and a plating step of forming the metal layer on the to-be-plated layer by subjecting the to-be-plated layer, to which the plating catalyst or the precursor thereof has been imparted, to plating. The composition for forming the base layer and/or the composition for forming the to-be-plated layer contains a P=O group-containing polymerizable compound, and the to-be-plated layer has a Young's modulus of 1,200 MPa or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
