<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type power inductor which forms a coil, composed of internal electrode patterns, as large as possible thereby ensuring the capacitance, and to provide a manufacturing method of the lamination type power inductor. <P>SOLUTION: A lamination type power inductor 100 of this invention includes: a laminated body 110 formed by laminating multiple body sheets; internal electrode patterns, each of which is formed on the body sheet so as to be exposed on a side surface of the laminated body 110; a sealing part 130 protecting exposed parts of the internal electrode patterns; and external electrodes 120 electrically coupling to both ends of a coil part formed by combining the internal electrode patterns. Since the structure increases an internal area of the coil part by 40 to 50% or higher, a space in which magnetic flux flows is sufficiently ensured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
