<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber plug washing method in which dust etc., sticking and remaining in a narrow deep recessed part in a rubber plug can be sufficiently removed. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber plug washing method includes: throwing a rubber plug G into a storage tank 1 and introduce the rubber plug G into a washing pipe 2 at a lower part thereof; generating a swirling turbulence 16 in the washing pipe 2 by a plurality of washing nozzles 4 installed at a plurality of places of the washing pipe 2, and jetting high-pressure jet water obliquely to a washing pipe radial direction and an axial direction while conveying the rubber plug G along a pipe length direction with a high-pressure water flow supplied from an acceleration nozzle 3 provided at a base end side of the washing pipe 2; washing the rubber plug G with the turbulence 16 and discharging foreign matter removed from the rubber plug G by the washing from a foreign matter discharge port 5 provided to a tip part of the washing pipe 2; making the water and foreign matter lighter than the water overflow from an overflow port 6 provided to the storage tank 1; and returning the washed rubber plug G to the storage tank 1 together with the water and collecting the rubber plug G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
