PURPOSE: A medical endoscope which has a plurality of camera is provided to mount two cameras, which have different functions, on the upper and lower end of endoscope main body, thereby enabling to select the camera for observation, depending on an affected part of a patient. CONSTITUTION: An auto scope(2) is inserted to an affected part of a patient from the top part which is protruded to front. A focus lens(3) observes the status of the affected part through the auto scope. A radiator(5) absorbs the heat which is generated from the auto scope. A LED(6) is installed at a radiator part and is turned on/off according to an operating status of an endoscope(100). A gyro sensor(10) selects a first camera or a second camera, depending on the inclination of the endoscope, and operates the camera.
