<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed quantity dispenser capable of easily changing the amount of a content to be dispensed and having a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The dispenser includes: a cylinder 2 for temporarily storing the content to be dispensed; a pushing-down head 3 which is sheathed on the cylinder 2 so that it is freely movable downward under an upward energizing condition, and increases and decreases the inner pressure of the cylinder 2 by an up and down movement; a sucking-up cylinder 4 which is arranged so that the inside of the container into which the content is stored and the inside of the cylinder are made to communicate with each other, and the communication and shutting down with the cylinder 2 are switched in accordance with increase and decrease of the inner pressure of the cylinder 2; a dispensing cylinder 5 which is directly connected with the cylinder 2, extends to the side, and switches the communication and shutting down with the cylinder 2 in accordance with the increase and decrease of the inner pressure of the cylinder 2; and a stopper 6 which is mounted on an exposed part 2A positioned lower than the pushing-down head 3 on the cylinder 2, and can be brought into abutment with the pushing-down head 3 by opposing it.
